Jamaica Beach Cottages
Directly on the beautiful beach on the southern coast of JamaicaOur Main House
Endless beaches of finest sand, high cliffs, hilly valleys, rushing waterfalls and everywhere a touch of reggae, that is Jamaica! We also show you the original Jamaica, out in the country as we say here. Here in the south, you will not find any hotels, the tourism is characterized by small, family-run hostels and cottage rentals.
We offer four charming little self-catering houses for rent. The cottages are located directly in a beautiful bay on one of the longest sandy beaches in Jamaica. They are embedded in a lovingly laid out garden and fully equipped.
The fin was once used to transport goods, but has also always been used to bring people from the hinterland over the rivers to the coast. An unforgettable experience!
Probably the best known and most spectacular bar in Jamaica, but it is located a good kilometer off the coast, built on a sandbank. It has enjoyed great popularity since its construction in 2001.
The "Appleton Estate Rum Distillery" is the oldest distillery still in operation in Jamaica and was founded as early as 1749. Discover the secret of Jamaican rum at a tasting.
It's on the way from our cottages to our natural sandy beach. On the way there you can treat yourself to a Red Stripe or an ice-cold Rum-Cola or let your thoughts linger on the terrace for a moment.
Caribbean, well-kept and of course, our sandy beach is located directly in the "Black River Bay". Here it is both possible to swim undisturbed and to be picked up by boat for an excursion to one of the reefs to watch manta rays and turtles while snorkeling.
In the area of the "Black River" there is an incredible fauna. The "Great Egret" likes to feed on baby crocodiles which hide in the mangroves, but it is also part of the diet of adult animals.
We have had many different guests with different nationalities over the years. But most of our guests come from the German speaking area. Here you can find some guest opinions.
